I was told that I did not get a room in the main hotel building but in the guest house, several streets apart. Because it was already dark (and raining) I had severe problem first to find the guest house (no sign at front-door). By trial and error I went finally in and searched for my room: The problem was in the stairs arean no sign pointed to where the room was located.
