We were very well welcomed by the owners, Martin and Friederike are very nice people. The house is very clean, comfortable and we had a lot of space, especially in the bathrooms. The house is easy to find, and is a very good stop on the road or to visit the region (not so far from the seaside and other places of interest such as Wismar and Schwerin).

Excellent location and good parking place. Special thanks to Mr. Matthias von Schöning for an early check-in and a bigger room for our 4 pieces of luggage, and reservation for our parking place! I know I tend towards perhaps too many enthusiastic 10/10 endorsements here on Booking.com (hosts after all are usually doing their best), but Schwedenhaus in Wismar is possibly the best place we've ever stayed. Ever. Fabulous rooms, brilliantly conceived, lovely staff, and the best breakfast (value, quality, range, volume) on the planet. Wow! Thanks.

Hotel inaugurated 2 months ago, so everything is new. Installarions are very modern, comfortable, clean. Warm shower, central heating/air conditioning, nice bed. Great location close to city center and to supermarkets.
