The room was well laid out, modern, clean, and sympathetically design in keeping with the Railroad/Industrial theme. The beds were super comfy. The staff was very friendly, and the location is great jumping off point for the region. Food, the breakfast was one of the best we've had. The host is absolutely great. Super friendly, helpful, accommodating. She went out and bought two vegan sandwich spreads for my wife for breakfast, because my wife does not eat dairy or meat. Location is great and beautiful. The household feels very family like. Price is also excellent for what you get. 100% would come here again!

A beautiful accomodation set among the vineyards! The bus 400 from Achern train station takes you just 20 meters from the front door. The accomodation is walking distance to the bakery and butcher in town as well as lots of great restaurants. We did the Schapsbrunnenweg hike while visiting and loved it a lot. The rooms were very comfortable with a great view. We travelled as a group of friends (3 couples) and we were gives rooms right next to each other, with one room having a big table where we could all have coffee together in the mornings and play cards in the evenings. We also had one couple with their little dog and it was fantastic to be able to bring the dog along for the weekend. We really had a 10/10 experience. We especially appreciated the coffee machine!

Great location for wonderful views. Very friendly and helpful staff, great specially the young lady on reception (I have forgotten her name, sorry!), who moved our rooms so that my elderly mother could use the lift to get to her room. Unfortunately my mother had a fall (no fault of the venue) and bruised her hip and the subsequent attention afforded us was impeccable. Tasty dinner and breakfast on site.
