Just a short hop from the autobahn, an exceptionally clean and modern hotel located next door to the local Spa. WiFi included in the price, breakfast included in the price, welcome drink, very competent staff, everything you'd expect for a hotel in this price bracket. Very unique and spacious apartment. Interesting interior. I really enjoyed the nice shower room, which was separated from the bedroom by a glass wall. Large windows with ample views of the city. Very good location near the old town, restaurants and shops within walking distance. All of this was made easily accessible to us by our host Tom, who welcomed us, showed us everything we needed and parking the car was also convenient, in an underground garage nearby. We communicated with Tom on WhatsApp before arriving and he guided us upon arrival, which is helpful in a foreign city. It was all very convenient.

We recently stayed in this beautiful and well-equipped apartment in the perfect location in Freiburg, and it exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Tom, who handed us the keys and gave us a tour of the apartment, making us feel right at home. The place was clean, and the highlight was the terrace with a wonderful jacuzzi and amazing views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Tom was very helpful, providing us with restaurant recommendations and taking the time to show us the nearby parking garage. We were fortunate to borrow a parking permit from him, which made our stay even more convenient and we payed half the price with the permit. As we had an electric car, it was a huge plus that we could easily charge it in the garage. Our stay was fantastic, and we would love to return to this apartment in the future. Highly recommended!

Superb two bedroom ground floor accommodation just 5 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the Old Town. Can sleep up to 5 with a double room, twin plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Full length electrically operated metal blinds kept in the heat and kept out any noise whilst providing a warm feeling of security. Tom is a friendly and helpful host with lots of tips regarding restaurants, bars and things to do.

Outstanding. Highly recommended. Location is made up of several apartments which are spacious and exceptionally well-built (under-floor heating, triple-glazing, remote-controlled blinds and Velux), with lovely views over to the Black Forest. Furnishings are functional but fully equipped with plenty of available spares. From the outset Frau Simon was helpful and informative, but never intrusive, and gave us a most warm welcome. Tiengen is a typical rural village (bakery, restaurant, petrol station) c.14 kms. from Freiburg. It’s an ideal location to explore the nearby Kaiserstuhl and both the Black Forest (D) and Vosges (F). Freiburg is within easy reach by car (to Park & Rides) or by public transport (v. frequent buses from Tiengen which connect up with the tram network). The town of Colmar is c 35 kms away and always worth a visit.

Extremely peaceful location and only a 15 minute drive into Freiburg. Ground floor apartment with no steps so totally accessible. Spacious bedroom/living room with large double bed, comfortable sofa and chairs. Everything is provided with a great supermarket very close by for provisions. Great value for money and a lovely helpful host who lives upstairs.
