Rooms are renovated and modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom too. We enjoyed dinner at restaurant, food was delicious. Breakfast is great with all options, staff friendly and interior of the hotel is amazing. Great design. Free parking in underground garage is a definete plus.

Hotel is situated in quiet region. With the family we were happy. Bus station is 2 min to walk. Very nice restaurant is near. The Boss of the hotel was patient and helpful. We would gladly come back once.

We were travelling with a family of 4 to Söll in Austra. We decided to leave on Friday so that we could pass München on Friday, and arrive early in Söll on Saturday. We arrived late at night at 21.00 h, and informed the reception by phone we would arrive late. She stayed waiting and kept the 2 rooms free for us. We had a very good sleep, and left next morning at 9.15. Hotel is also close to the highway towardsAustria.

Setting, Location and homely village feel was the most important elements that came through during our stay, the warmth of all the staff and the walking through the parks and forests, expecially how the village itself is build integrating forest and architecture.     location is okay. it's in the suburb of Munich but you can take bus to metro station and then go to the city center in half an hour. there are grocery shops in 15 minutes walking distance or you can take bus.

    Good affordable location if you want to go visit Munchen. The train station is quite close and will take you to city center. The beds are confortable and the suite with kitchen was more than useful. Overall I would recommend it, especially for bigger groups.
