The most excellent and welcomed hotel in sharm al sheiek , actually the stuff was sooo helpful ( specially mustafa on tbe reception ) , the room service was awesome, once you order anything you’ll get at the same time , they took any comment and feedback back in a positive way and they always try hard to make you happy and satisfied, reception manager ( Mohamad ) was so decent and he was so close to make sure that our stay as we want

Everyone is helpful and smiles always. Hotel is so clean and best food in that area. Mohamed Abdelstar in the lobby did he best for us all the time. Mr. Erkan Sezen who is hotel manager one of the best manager ever. Moamen who is in spa center is fantastic guy. Recommended at all.

The service and hospitality of this resort is on another level. Personnel is incredibly friendly and helpful - there was nothing they couldn't solve for us. The food was also one of the best we got in these types of resorts - lots of vegan and vegetarian optsion and chefs can also meet your special requests. Room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Absolutely loved our stay there and looking forward to coming back again.

Great value for what you get. Had a wonderful time at the resort. Spent many hours around the pool. Animation team is very friendly and the pool bartender Mahmoud is fantastic. Mahmoud at reception and Soby were excellent handling some small issues that came up. Only gripe would be better alcohol for drinks

    Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

    The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

    Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
