I have stayed here 4 times when Camino walking because it is so welcoming and caring. In an excellent location, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The restaurant serves exceptional food and an early breakfast for those walking! The staff are friendly and efficient, particularly the manager who goes out of his way in his dealings with his guests. Strongly recommended.

Breakfast was delicious. The reflexology massage was a welcome relief, an excellent experience, and Lidia was very informative in sharing ways to help alleviate my back pain. Laura’s communications leading up to and during my stay were timely, thorough and professional, which put my mind to ease while walking the Camino and recuperating at the hotel.

For me one of the most important things about an albergue is the host. On this occasion the host was facing a difficult personal situation beyond his control and yet this had no negative impact on the level of service or hospitality. I was so impressed with how welcome I was made at the end of a particularly long day. I was even asked if I was hungry and offered a meal at 5.30pm which I gratefully accepted! Thank you so much Los Canarios.

    A beautiful monastery hotel on the outskirts of the town. I stayed as part of my Camino walk and it was a night of indulgence away from the usual Albergues. Booking.com had a good price deal. One thing to consider is the restaurant for dinner was fabulous and also not cheap. If you are on a Camino budget this may not be the place to stay.

    This is a hostel for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela and it is cheap. Friendly professional reception staff member. Spacious comfortable room. Great location near several sights. Fantastic value.

    Loved everything about my stay at this Hostal. I was fortunate given a private room with a balcony facing the Cathedral across the road. Just beautiful! The road was comfortable and spotless. The bathroom was very clean. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and welcoming. I can nothing but great things about this Hostal.
