The apartment we stayed in was awesome. It is big, with two floors, a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a downstairs and upstairs bathroom and a very comfy double bed. The highlight of our stay was a spa bath which worked perfectly, with plenty of hot water thanks to a huge boiler. Everything was clean and worked well. The apartment looks modern and cosy. The aircon worked really well and was quiet. Overall, the flat was gorgeous and we would stay again. The outside area is also nice, with lots of barbecues and seating area. The private car park is big. It is also a very quiet area with nice countryside. Apart from an occasional car passing by, you can only hear the lovely sounds of the countryside: donkeys, chickens, sheep... Plus we were staying off-season and we alone 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed so it was extra quiet. It was a relaxing stay.

Very cosy apartment - more like a house, lovely sitting room with fireplace and upstairs bedrooms. The accomodation is in a secluded location but well located as it is very close to a good major road to explore the area (don't be discouraged, road noise is negligible if at all present) and close to a friendly village, and can also be combined as a base for visiting the nearby Sao Mamede park area in Portugal (the border is just a few minutes away). The garden and swimming pool area are great (unfortunately we visited out of season so still too chilly to swim), you wake up listening to all the birds. You can also have a walk in the wooded area which is part of the property, or start a hike directly from your doorstep. Very friendly host, went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Recommended base for the area, lots of beautiful nature spots and prehistoric sites in the area and Caceres (should you wish to visit a city) just an hour away.

We loved everything about the place: excellent facilities, very comfy beds, decoration... It was incredibly quiet and we slept very well. I loved the view from the outside area and the surroundings. The hosts were very attentive, nice and chatty, ready to help with anything.

This is a very clean, comfortable house in a very small village hidden in the hills. It's perfect if you want a peaceful location! The owner is very kind and makes sure everything is perfect. There is a kitchen where you can cook your meals and plenty of space to park nearby. Everything was working fine. You sleep quietly and wake up to the gentle sounds of sheep bells. Very close to the border so you can reach Portugal in 7 minutes by car. We had a lovely time.
