It has everything we needed. The location is right next to the port and about 12mins walk to the larger beach. The building is quiet, mostly residential, and the lovely owner Maria lives opposite so was on hand when we needed to speak to her. It's very clean and equipped with all new facilities. The location is ideal - you can walk into Estepona in just 10 minutes, reach the beach in 15 minutes, and walk to Estepona harbor in 38 minutes. The kitchen is fully functional with a washing machine, there's a nice dining room table, and a comfortable sofa.
