Can Sura was perfect for our stay. Quiet location but close to a couple of restaurants, and a short drive to the nearest town. Easy access to the coast further away, and only about 40 minutes to Girona. Judit was so welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions of where to visit and eat, and when to look out for shooting stars! Judit's welcoming nature makes this place special. The breakfast she provided on our first morning was amazing, our daughters loved the fresh orange juice & eggs from the chickens on site. The space was perfectly relaxing and well equipped for what we needed, either for a day by the pool or for coming back to after a busy day out. The road to Can Sura does turn into a gravel track but this just means there is no passing traffic, adding to the peaceful environment.

I am infinitely happy that I chose this magnificent apartment for my little trip. Everything was perfect. Communications: Laura is a very polite, tactful person who gave us full support and comprehensive information. Check-in: We arrived late, we were very pleased to be welcomed and worried if everything was ok. Laura gave clear and easy to understand instructions for remote check-in. Laura also clarified our preferences for a welcome drink in advance. After a long day we were so pleased to see a bottle of white wine prepared and chilled especially for us. The apartment: the renovation is done with taste and style, and of course very high quality. All the little details of the interior were also thought out: floral herbarium, interior dried flowers, candles. The apartment even has an aroma-design. And of course the pearl of the apartments is the bathroom. Magnificent combination of functionality and beauty in these apartments. Here you can relax both body and soul. Bed: very comfortable and large bed, with snow-white, perfectly ironed bed linen. The bed was so comfortable that we even asked the owners for the manufacturer. Breakfast: In the morning, there was already a basket with breakfast under the door, which Laura kindly brought to us at the appointed time. Laura’s amazing trait is to do everything unnoticed, without disturbing the guests at all. The contents of the basket are more than varied. Road and parking: the road to the apartments runs along a magnificent mountain road. There is so much greenery around that the eyes cannot believe it. The parking lot next to the apartments is spacious, with enough space for everyone. Surroundings: in fact, there are not only apartments here, but also a family restaurant. We also managed to enjoy mountain cuisine, which was lovingly prepared by the hostess. The staff is very pleasant and polite, it is a pleasure to dine in such an environment. We noticed that the locals really love this place.

Lovely building with fantastic views over the mountains. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We felt very well looked after. We visited the hotel in the middle of the week during off-season and received a significant upgrade to the room with the best view over Viladrau. It is a lovely area, well worth a visit for a hike or just a genuine Spanish mountain atmosphere.

A stunning property that has been tastefully renovated recently. The owner and his family welcomed us personally, providing exceptional hospitality. They offered invaluable advice on nearby attractions, arranged taxis for our excursions, and even organized our airport drop-off. The property itself is a beautifully renovated rice mill that has been in the family for around 800 years. It was truly special to stay in such a historic place that offers all modern comforts. From the charming decor to the comfortable amenities, everything was perfect. We had an absolutely lovely time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.

    The location is beautiful, with a hiking trail and Rover just opposite. The, staff really take care of you. The views and surronding área is beautiful and food is delicious and they use local products. You can reach on public transport from Barcelona.
