Beautiful old building in a peaceful rural setting with lovely views. Very comfortable room and it was great to have the use of the kitchen, living areas and terrace. Friendly staff and we loved the friendly animals too.

Amazing 15th century renovated building in the traditional hacienda style. Stunning location with amazing mountain views. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The staff were really accommodating and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Awesome pool and grounds. Breaky was delicious definitely recommend the omelette.

The place itself is beautiful; a typical tradicional home that has been adapted and tastefully modernized, and that is kept in great condition. It has a lot of charm along with everything you need to be comfortable. They place is super clean and neat, and with a beautiful patio where you can enjoy your meals. The food is AMAZING and very reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful: very caring and kind. The town is small, cute and very walkable. Despise its size, there are many stores, restaurants and coffee shops within five minutes walking distance from the hotel. It is close to Barcelona, but also to amazing nature and other places of historical interest. It was absolute pleasure to stay there. I recommend it without a doubt.

Great countryside location. The owners were so nice, it felt like we were visiting some of our old friends. They are restoring this old beautiful building and we can not wait to come back in a few years to see the progress. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for our party of 3.

    The hotel itself is correct. Clean. Looks like ideal location, however, it is not. Very noisy surroundings all the time. Multiplied by echo. Tourists make lots of noise, after the tourists are gone, the people staying there overnight, enjoy the area at night, talking, laughing loud. In the night, there are lots of taxis coming making noise. And the best starts from 6am when the gardeners start cutting the grass and cleaning the floors in the surroundings of the sanctuary. It is worth visiting Monserrat but avoid staying overnight there!.

    Location can't be beat. And you get parking (albeit some distance away) which is otherwise a huge hassle. Understand that everything up there -- shops, restaurant (only one mediocre place, albeit with good service and excellent wine), cafeterias, hotel, apartments, hostel -- is under the same management. So if you want to stay up there - and really to appreciate one of the world's great holy places, you should -- you have to take what they offer and the apts. are the cheapest option.
