Friendly welcome from all staff, very helpful and efficient. They obviously have a large footfall and know what they are doing. Having said all that the hotel doesn't come across as clinical, they still manage to make you feel comfortable and valued. Serving staff in the bar and restaurant were excellent. Breakfasts were delicious and on request vegan & vegetarian options were provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the location was ideal! One can both just stay and enjoy surrounding greenery, silence and calming views or explore Basque Country and Bilbao that is just a few minutes away.
