Owner and staff so friendly and welcoming. Place is amazing. All rooms huge and tastefully decorated. In a group of 4 motorcyclists - ideal stop over. Safe and good parking for bikes. Great value for money. Highly recommend

Outstanding location. Crespo is a beautiful village, pleaceful, well-kept in an environment rich in wild flowers, butterflies, bird song..... Lovely walks from the door in multiple, different habitats. Clear, clean air. We saw many large raptors and a wild boar. Also interesting villages, towns, hermitages etc. You need a car to enjoy these. La Gandara itself is a beautiful, traditional house. Food was excellent (breakfasts and dinners). Javier and Isabella were very helpful and responsive and very knowledgeable about the local area. They went out of their way to communicate with us in English as our Spanish is very poor indeed. Friendly dinners around the large dining table (when other guests were there).
