The communication with the hotel was phenomenal. Great service, and Virginia even drove with us to make sure we got a good parking spot. We received a fantastic explanation of the surroundings and of good restaurants. It was really a great customer experience!! Virginia was the best; I highly recommend them!!

This place is a gem, rather would like to keep it a secret but a bit selfish not to share.. The design inside the hotel is just fantastic, the whole place with all gardens and additional buildings just amazing. Even that little special like the welcoming for our dogs puts it in a very special category of not just very good but exceptional. A cool spa section that we used with a lot of pleasure as a fantastic ad on especially during a winter visit. I forgot the breakfast experience that keep you having that extra long really enjoyable best described as a brunch. No doubt one of top experiences for us that constantly travel around Europe with our dogs looking for places like this. We will be back soon!

We loved everything, from the guidance to get there which is not simple as Google is mistaken on the exact location and how to get there through accessible roads..to the welcome, the location is very charming, the house is perfectly decorated, the home restaurant is amazing, the hosts are very sympathetic and have a high sense of service, the hotel is dog friendly, you really feel like home but with high end services!

    The location right on the main square and across from the cathedral was absolutely perfect. 10 minute walk from the aqueduct in one direction and 10 minutes from the Alcázar in the other. Plenty of bars and restaurants all around. Beautiful views of the cathedral from our room. The room itself was spacious and spotless. The staff were super helpful and the valet parking was ideal. Very good value hotel.

    The location is unbeatable, reception is usually fluent in English, or at least attempt to deal with my poor Spanish, and all the facilities are in perfect order. We felt welcomed, and at home from the outset, especially with regard to kitchen and laundry access which places Don Jaime into the highest order of affordable hotels.
