    When visiting Simancas to work a few day in the archives i was happy to stay in this location. It's very well situated, close to the castle. The appartment is spacious and nicely renovated. The host were very friendly and helpful and adapted to my travel schedule

    We have stayed here several times and the rooms are spotless. The location is excellent as it's only 2 minutes off the motorway and yet quiet. The breakfast is simple but adequate for 3 euros.
