The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need available. It is spotlessly clean and it all feels new. We particularly loved the kitchen which is fully equipped. The apartment is a situated well within walking distance of the restaurants and town centre of Perpignan. Very well equipped one room appartment, couch unfoldsbto a comfortable bed (soft mattress). Very clean! Very well equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler and lots of plates and cuttlery. Several small shops around, lovely patio I could store my bike in and work on it. Very nice owners!

The house is located 13min drive from the city center of Perpignan in a very nice neighborhood where you have a free parking spot. The hosts are incredible, very nice and kind. They really love what they do and the put a lot of care in all the facilities. The room is very clean and they provide everything that you might need for your stay towels, soap, minibar). The breakfast is awesome (croissant, bread, butter, homemade jams, coffee, juice, fruit salad) and costs 15 euros per person per day. We really recommend the place. No wonder they have a very good evaluation of their place! Thanks for the stay!

Special place to stay! Little paradise! The way how we were welcomed was amazing by a very, very pleasant, friendly young talented man!! The whole staff was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere and furniture in a kind of chic Caribbean style fitting in the landscape! Dinner and supporting wines were very good. Breakfast again in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff very good. Could sit outside and inside. Again the staff helpful, friendly. The staff found my phone. Everything was good!! we did not had time for the spa, that is for our next visit!
