the location is perfect. very quiet, walking distance to a bar and restaurant and the fabulous canal du midi many vineyards nearby also. the perfect location to explore the area. we loved the bbq, the pool, the space and the petanque court.

We loved the bedroom up in the loft area. Great views over the town. The kitchen looked like it had everything but we only stayed the one night and ate at the local restaurant on the Canal. The owner allowed us to store our bicycles in the dining/living room of the property. The shower was great, bed comfortable.

“I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! It’s a beautifully renovated house with a modern touch, blending perfectly with French art. Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious, served on a lovely table with all the little details thoughtfully considered. The owner was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making our stay even more special. The garden was an absolute hit with our dog—he loved it! The tranquility of the place, combined with its perfect location close to everything (Narbone, Toulouse, carcasonne, perpinagne, etc.), made our experience unforgettable. I would come back a thousand times and highly recommend this place to anyone. 100% worth it!”

We had a lovely welcome, shown around the property and given some tips on the wee village. We enjoyed the great wine tasting at Famille Fabre au Chateau De Luc and a fab meal at the local restaurant. Our host gave us idea's for the next day's exploring of the region. The breakfast was great , the staff great and we really had a lovely restful fun weekend. Good communtication. Clean room, comforatable bed and good shower.

The whole place is amazing, from the super friendly hosts through to the decor and the space by the pool. We were both amazed and would definitely revisit. Breakfast was included and was also 10/10. Feels like a total bargain for the price, considering it’s the same as a Travellodge in the Uk

Perfect place to disconnect, located in the small and typical Ginestas village, a wonderful setting in the middle of the Occitane region. The place provides free private parking and bike storage, check- in was smooth and communication with the hosts was easy and effective. Breakfast is very good and if the weather is nice you can have it in their beautiful garden. Although we only needed a pit-stop place for one night during a roadtrip, we enjoyed everything so much :)

the place was absolutely amazing, beautiful accommodation and the scenery was wonderful. The host was so friendly and generous and she made a delicious breakfast in the morning and sat and talked to us. Would definitely recommend ☺️

It is located on the premises of an antiques shop run by a very nice couple. The room is designed befitting its setting, with antique furniture and a floor with beautiful tiles. It is very private and safe (also for cyclist who bring their bike as I did). Very convenient in terms of location too. Great breakfast.
