Ideal variant for a sleep over. New, spacious (unbelievable bathroom for a road hotel), very clean, quiet. Breakfast is quite good for French standards :)) (buffet, scrambled eggs from egg powder and overfried bacon, but still you can have something hot early in the morning even on holiday. Also an egg can be boiled.) Normally, it's possible to visit a restaurant somewhere in vicinity, but on Christmas eve everything was closed. Still we got food just from the bar and this option was really helpful! Although it was just warmed up canned soup and chicken stewed with vegetables, everything was eatable and nicely served. It's also possible to have pizza, different snacks and desserts.

    Great location. Quirky room but very comfortable and an excellent bathroom. Bottles of water and a coffee maker would be nice. Impressive grounds and house. Very good breakfast. Friendly and knowledgeable owner.

    Natalie was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable , we felt at home straight away. The chateau and grounds were charming and comfortable & we enjoyed a typical French breakfast with the other château guests. There was tea/coffee available throughout our stay and if you wished to cook the kitchen was made available for guests use. Great location for overnight stop through France.

    Beautiful location with exceptional views across the local area. Very comfortable accommodation in a charming chateau. Host welcoming and helpful providing a superb classic French breakfast. Excellent local restaurant just 2 km away.
