    A hidden gem. We always look for a one night half way stop between Calais and ile de Ré around Caen/Saumur/Tour, and this year was the best hotel /restaurant we've ever stayed at for a stop over. The village Broglie is so absolutely beautiful, the hotel ideally located in the centre of the village with private secure car park, and the restaurant is cozy with excellent food. We can't fault it. We booked the suite for our family of 4 which was luxurious with two floors and two bathrooms and comfy beds.

    Beautiful location and an absolute sanctuary. Very quiet and peaceful. Food (evening meal) was outstanding. Staff are lovely especially Ingrid and Francois.
