Everything. Spacious room and bathroom. Shared kitchen area. Outdoor eating area. Lovely woodland walk. Quiet surroundings. Lovely evening meal provided and ordered in advance. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful host. Very convenient for Chambord and other chateaux. The best Chambre D'Hote we have stayed in and wish we had stayed longer.

The place is situated in a little town and is managed by a very pleasant host. We got some tips for our trip and had a great stay there. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There's a nice garden with a creek. The room faced the street but it was very quiet since the street is small with almost no traffic. There're few restaurants within 10-15 minutes of walk but they close around 9-10pm. The breakfast was very basic but tasty. It's nice to eat around the same table with other guests. The place has its own parking space in the yard.

    Have used many chambre d'hotes in France in the 85-100€ band and this is one of the best (can only think of one other [in Trpyes] to compare it with). Good location, just a 3 minute drive from Cheverny. Pleasant host. Safe parking at the rear of the property. Really pleasant room and very clean, Good breakfast.

    A bit off the beaten track so when we arrived in the dark a bit hard to find. But a real gem. A very nice room and comfortable bed, large ensuite bathroom with shower. Everything very clean. Great breakfast too (with choice of having it in your room or in the dining room) and the owners were very helpful in finding us a place to have dinner in the surrounding area. Large off road parking too. In short, everything we wanted and more than we expected.
