Breakfast was wonderful. There was an ample variety of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals, fruits and beverages to accomodate most folks. The service was excellent at every level too. We're going to stay there again. Maybe next time we'll bring our dog and a few friends. They'll love it just like we did.

Collioure is the most beautiful town, I have been visiting for over 30 years and I still get excited to come here, the hotel is perfectly located right in the centre but in a nice little side street so it is lovely and quite. Parking is a premium in Collioure so best to use the main car park on the hill which is close by. There are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars to explore and I recommend you take a walk around the old narrow streets. The views out to sea of the tower are just stunning and the artist Matisse clearly agreed as the house he lived in looks out over the bay. Visit Collioure and stay at the Hotel Princes de Catalogne.

    The apartment is pricey but was excellent. The location is fabulous as it's set in a gorgeous back street and just a 2 minute walk from the port. Collioure is amazing. We also loved the shared terrace with the apartment. The staff were excellent to deal with.

    Lovely room with a fantastic view across the bay. The location of the hotel is simply magical and the ambience around the place is stylish, relaxing and friendly. Food and drinks were exceptional and although not cheap, the quality and service justified the prices . Finally, the staff. So friendly, helpful and professional. They made a wonderful short Break even better.
