The staff were wonderful especially Eric who supervises everything and for whom nothing is too much trouble. It's convenient that there is a parking garage nearby and staff meet you on the main road to help with luggage and finding the garage. The rooms are charming, very good bed linen.

Situated a few metres from Sarlat's pedestrian area, Un jardin en ville is the perfect place to enjoy the city (and its surroundings had I been able to stay longer). The host was very helpful and directed me to an excellent restaurant where I enjoyed a wonderful meal. The breakfast in the morning was out of this world, I honestly would go back for that alone, cherry on the cake for an extremely pleasant stay.

We stayed 4 nights and wished it could be longer. We cooked meals, hung hand washing on the line, watched Netflix and generally made ourselves at home. The breakfast was complete with fresh fruit and protein and of course beautiful jams and breads, all served with a million dollar view. Franck advised us on superb dining in Sarlat. Must mention the relaxing gardens.
