Very cozy little place. The room was spacious and bright, the owner was incredibly nice and super helpful, facilities were all in order. AND the breakfast was a super lovely little spread. The location was also perfect for going around by car in the area, especially if you’re interested in all the ww1 memorials and sites.

Calm location, great breakfast, clean room, nice little kitchen shared between rooms. The lady does not speak English very well, but she came equipped with google translate and I knew some broken French, so we figured it out without any issues. I wouldn't be afraid to visit even without any French skills. The area is nice as well, very clean with brick houses. I would certainly recommend visiting even if it's a bit off your route.

Outstanding gîte in the village of Combles. It's located next to the house where the owners live, very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Actually, we were suprised by the size and comfort provided. The contact with the owners was also very relaxed and friendly. We felt welcomed, since our kid was allowed to play with their kids and use some of the toys in the garden. Since we were only on a stopover I can't say anything about the location as a base for activities in the region, but it seemed nice and we would like to come back for a weekend or so.

The welcome was very nice, everything was explained very good. The interior design was also very beautiful. Let´s not forget to adress the delicious breakfast with homemade cake and thought for different types of bread. The room was lovely and plenty big enough for my family of 4. There was a little kitchenette so we could get some ready meals for our dinner and warm them in the microwave. Christine was really welcoming and the breakfast was lovely with fresh pastries :)
