The hotel is located in a small and extremely nice location far from the stress and very touristic Annecy. There is a lokal in-expensive bus that can take you to Annecy so no need to to stay in ”town”. Hotel has everything and the lake is beautiful. There are local great reausturants. Staff is very helpful and speak excellent english. Parking is not easy, but hotel parking inside gates is appreciated. Great beds.

It was very private, with its own terrace even though it’s part of the house. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake. There was a cycle hire place just 5 minutes away and we cycled around the lake from the apartment. The garden was so tranquil. The kitchen is well equipped and the host supplied us with glasses when we found we were lacking. Annecy was only 20mins away.

    The hotel's facilities are very extensive and well maintained, the pool was great! The breakfast was also without complaint. The same applies to the cleanliness in our room and public areas. The sanitary facilities were also very clean and worked perfectly. No noise disturbed our sleep in the evening.
