It is the perfect get away .. everything you need is there. Wonderfully quiet and Connie and Jacq are the perfect hosts. It is well placed for touring the Argonne/Meuse area and the amazing WW1 remains of Main de Massiges are within walking distance. Camp Moreau is a short drive - Verdun is 40mins. This is the best property we ever had in France. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Starting from warm greeting from the owners, amazing breakfast with fresh coffee, home made bread, cheese and gem, crispy all natural apples right from the garden kindly shared with us by the owners. Nice country site atmoshphere, walking in the little town made our experience unforgetable. This is exactly the place where you connect with beautiful French people and communicate easily even with language barrier, people who trully and sincerely treat their guests like a family.

Cozy room, clean, surprising facilities (jacuzzi in the bathroom), helpful staff. Nicely renovated rooms, with tasteful choice for furniture and decorations. Comfortable beds. Looking forward for my next stay with them and willing to try out the local specialty, le pied de cochon à la Sainte-Ménehould !

It was a comfortable and well equipped bungalow. Very big double bed and good shower. The welcome drinks were much appreciated. A great place to stay to break up the journey on our way back to the UK.
