This hotel is a real gem! Fabulous location- great for exploring Juan-Les-Pins but also very calm and secluded. The staff were incredible and very welcoming. Our room was beautiful and the whole hotel is very charming. Oh and the breakfast was amazing!

The apartment is very spacious and has great light and views in all rooms. There are good facilities in the vacinity such as bakers across the road and a well stocked grocery next door. Natalie the host was extremely helpful, and even allowed us to enter the apartment an hour earlier than previous agreed. Light bright kitchen and a large wrap around terrace meant that we could enjoy time outside.

The apartment gave us everything we could ask for. The stay was amazing. Really close to the station making it ideal for travel, almost all facilities you could ask for are present. The host was also a clear highlight, although we never met him personally. He was almost 24/7 available for our questions and thought with us on several requests in a timely and detailed manor. I can't recommend this apartment enough for anyone wanting to visit the region.

- The terrace wraps around two sides of the apartment, so there is almost always a sunny spot. - One side of the terrace has a patio table and this corner is covered with a plastic screen - this area is comfortable even on a windy day. - Every room has roller-shutters and this minimizes street noise. - There are two sets of keys, that is very convenient if parties return to the apartment in different time. - Both beds (actually one bed and one sofa-bed) are comfortable.

Great location, extremely quiet, fully equipped. To sum up it was like paradise. The outdoor space was fairytale. The pool was amazing, intimate, the water was quite warm and great to enjoy it on sunny days. There were a lot of beautiful flowers all around the garden. It was perfecf that we also had a lovely private garden. The apartment is in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and had every gadget you could need. The amazing beach "Juan les Pins" is very close to the apartment, 3 minutes walking. We will return for sure! Manon, the welcoming host was kind and very helpful. Thanks to the hosts, Nathalie and Laurent, for offering tourists a wonderful and memorable holiday.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is close to the train station and to the beach (1 minute). The room looks super new, very clean. They give 2 free 0.5l bottle water. Also there is a kettle and coffe in the room. The view from the balcony to the sea it is amazing. Definetly worth the money.

    We loved this hotel and are planning on going back. The location was only a 10 min walk from the seafront and the restaurants. The pool and bar were nice and clean, snacks were good. The room was spotlessly clean although not the biggest, the bed was very comfortable although that is subjective of course. The shower room was superb and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
