excellent hotel very clean the room and the bathroom were perfect. The location was very good as it got underground carpark nearby and shops and food shops 2 min walk away. The area around is very modern and nice and clean area of paris. The staff are very helpful.

We were really surprised by this little hotel. From the outside, we didn't know what to expect as it is in an industrial area. However, everything was great in the end. We were only there for one night and would recommend it for business travel. We really recommend Mama Kitchen Caffe which is just a short walk from the hotel. There are many other choices to eat as well. Its a nice area under continuing renovation. Parking is awesome even if a bit difficult to find.

    Great loation, value for money, very clean. Everything a traveller would demand. Ideal for both visiting Paris and visiting the University of Paris Saclay or other areas south of Paris.
