The location is perfect. Has access to both busses and trains within walking distance. The beach is relatively close by and definitely within walking distance. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. The room was a bit small but immaculately clean. The room had air conditioning as well. We had a "nice" stay.

A hotel that I will return to on my next visit to Nice. Boutique hotel, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The staff is helpful and does everything to help. We rented the small studio and it was very comfortable for a short stay. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet too. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was perfect for making coffe in the morning. There's a nice bakery just around the corner that's perfect for nice breakfast. The team is wonderful and responsive. It was great!

The room was very clean, with a nice partial view to the sea, bathroom was spacious, location was great, just a couple of steps from the beach and from a tram stop, great pizza place next door, not too far from the airport.

Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .

    Very nice hotel with a perfect location in Nice. Close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the hotel, it was perfect as a budget alternative. Always worry about the cleaning when booking cheaper hotels but this was perfect, very clean!
