Michel the host was incredibly helpful and communication was easy and rapid. The studio was immaculate, like new. The kitchen had everything one would need and even condiments, oil, washing up liquid and a brand new sponge. Literally everything anyone could need in the whole studio had been thought of and provided. My wife and I were extremely impressed. The views from the 4th floor over the canal were beautiful and shops and eateries were just a few steps away. Perfectly located for concerts at Zenith La Villette - just a flat 8 min walk along the canalside. The secure underground car parking was very much appreciated. We have already recommended it to a number of our friends and neighbours.

I liked everything! This is a superb apartment, in a perfect area of Pantin just next to the canal for long walks at any time of the day, with shops and restaurants across the street. The apartment has been recently renovated and the furnishings are new. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions. FAR better to stay here than at any hotel and you can't beat the location.

The appartement is cosy with lovely furniture and details and a good filled refrigerator. At the terrasse are nice olive trees and flowers. A nice atmosphere to sit and relax. The owner was flexible with the check in time.

Every step, from the booking process to the day of departure, was perfect. Felt homely. Flat was clean, well organised, and everything works perfectly. Checked in late, which was not a problem, and had some goodies for my breakfast, which were perfect for breakfast. Would highly recommend and would stay again at any time. Lovely host. Amazing place and lovely hosts! has a great coffee machine, efficient air con and lovely shower. They left a small bottle of wine, fridge full of juice & sparking water and everything else you may need. All the little details are perfect. Would definitely recommend!

    The location was excellent. We were able to play in the neighbourhood and the metro station to Paris city centre is just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for sightseeing. There were minimal kitchen facilities and we were able to cook for ourselves. It's the perfect place to stay for a carefree trip to Paris. I would use it again next time.
