Stunning location, quiet, well equipped and Cosy, Cosy, Cosy !!! We stayed 8 nights in a perfect romantic nest. It’s also perfect for couples just seeking a quiet or hiking or even winter trips. Surrounded by stunning nature and peaceful gardens. Sounds of cow bells and the water of a nearby stream add to the charm, local villages provide ample shopping, cafes and restaurants too.!! All was just perfect!! Highly recommended !!!

We couldn't imagine a better stay in the Alsace thanks to Catherine and Gabriel! They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, gave us alot of information about the history of the place and recommendations to hike or visit in the region. We felt at home immediately due to the warm welcome and found all the comfort and tranquility we needed in the beautiful authentic and charming room. The location is perfect to make day-trips to Obernai or Colmar or to follow the 'route des vins'. The combination of a beautiful and quiet garden and the Hohwald waterfall only on 10min walking distance is just wonderful! And there are some very good restaurants in the small villages nearby. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with alot of products from the region or homemade jams/cakes/... all made with fruits/vegetables and spices from their own backyard. We recommend this place highly to all people who love a very personal, warm, cozy and quiet stay with high quality food! Un grand merci et bravo pour cette hospitalité impeccable!

Despite located in rather remote village , there is a equipped community pool , restaurant with considerable wide dinner selection, nearby ball pitch . The landlord is helpfully responsive . Badminton , soccer equipment etc readily awailable .Bowl of welcome plums(we´ve visited in august). Plenty of info leaflets inclusive full version of guide book (french version ).Full satisfaction.
