We rented the entire house at La Source and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The bedrooms each have an en-suite and are very luxurious. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you might need. Outdoors there were many options for places to sit and the children loved the pool. The hosts were very welcoming and available if needed but the space was also very private. I hope we can come again!

Amazing jewel - so close to wonderful nearby towns, gardens, local attractions. Canoeing is 5 minutes away and Domme and Sarlat are just a short ride away. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful all the way. Sauna and pool are just perfect. Would love to return to this wonderful picturesque terrace to sip wine and watch the sunset!

This is a stunning place to stay if visiting La Roque Gageac or neighbouring areas. The grounds are beautiful, lovely pool area, all overlooking the river. The rooms are outstanding, large and beautifully appointed, all Clarins products in the bathroom, super comfortable bed. The owners are delightful and so welcoming. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. A definite must stay.

The staff at this charming hotel were incredibly welcoming, and the location is stunning! From the moment you arrive, you are immersed in a sense of relaxation and beauty. Our room was situated not in the main building (the castle) but in a lovely annex. It was quiet at night, which is very important to me. The room was spacious and cozy, with tea, coffee, and water available for free. We dined at the restaurant inside the Domaine; the food was good, though in my humble opinion, not exceptional. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. The beautiful breakfast room, located inside the castle, offered a great variety of choices. The garden and the view are stunning, with swimming pools located in various spots. Having visited many hotels in Dordogne during my stay, Château de Monrecour was definitely my favorite. I hope to have the chance to go back soon.

    Spotless and spacious, utterly beautiful property and outside space, pictures don’t convey the amazing views. Hosts absolutely lovely people with charming children - but all overshadowed by the absolute charm of Freddy the dog! It genuinely lives up to the saying “a little piece of heaven”!

    We really enjoyed our stay in this Country Cottage, it was very clean on our arrival, and well equipped with all the essentials you need on holiday, including Air Conditioning in all but one room. The master room is huge and has a great ensuite. All beds were very comfortable. There had been lots of email communication before we arrived with the hosts, this made us feel very welcomed and no question seemed too much. This was a really good base to allow us to explore the area on our first every trip to France, highly recommended.

    This lovely B&B is in a very tranquil location, very close to the beautiful villages of the Dordogne. It has a very nice pool area with a view of the surrounding hills and a beautiful garden. The rooms are decorated with taste and ours opened up to a cosy communal living room. Breakfast is very good! These gentlemen are obviously very proud of what they have accomplished here and rightly so! The price-quality of our stay was ridiculously good.
