Location was excellent (literally 2 mins from RER A train station, so 15-20 mins to Arc de Triomphe), cleanliness, ease of communication with very pleasant host, modern renovated flat with good facilities (washing machine was very handy), nice outlook onto square, with supermarkets nearby. We stayed comfortably for 5 nights.

We arrived late for check-in on the first day and he still waited for us so we could get in. The room was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and we fell in love with the sound system. The host is very nice and always responded quickly. From the terrace, you can see the Eiffel Tower, which was always very beautiful in the evenings. I highly recommend the accommodation, especially if you're going to a concert at the Paris La Défense Arena, as it's nearby.
