First of all, this is not a hotel, but an apartment. There are no complaints about the apartment owner at all. There is also a parking spot in the basement, although the number given by the owner turned out to be for disabled persons. The buildings are new and multicultural. Everything you need is nearby.

very nice place! Hosts were very friendly, location was great. we were upgraded to a nicer room free of charge too! very good value for money and we were close to a laundrette and a market so very easy to take care of anything that wasn't available already in the flat.

    The location in a Paris suburb, lot of various people, not so turistic but a good choice to visit the city. So the location is just fine. The owner was great, very flexible on our arrival (we arrived from Strasbourg), he take time to meet us, give us basic info and was disposable all the time of our staying. He even gave us some tips about Paris public transport tickets that are not so cheap if you buy them for one direction / 1 trip.

    Ideal location for a festival at Le Kilowatt. From the accomodation it's just a short walk away (1,3 km) to the venue. The accomodation is in the outskirts of Paris, so going to the touristic centre will take some time. As can be expected. The rooms themself are clean and ideal for 3 or 4 people. The bathroom has a good, hot shower. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils.
