    Room was clean, very comfortable bed. Host had left us drinks/pastries on arrival. Nice and quiet location though we weren't there long as just needed somewhere to sleep while attending evening wedding in Ashton.

    The lady that owns the house was very interesting to talk with, and she cooked a spectacular english breakfast for me. Everything was very clean and the bed super comfortable.

    Very clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful host who offered us a choice of breakfast options and made us cups of tea and coffee on our arrival. Location very quiet and convenient for A20, Leeds Castle and events at Mote Park. Off road private parking. We were given a front door key as we were returning late from a concert in Mote Park.
