Everything was fabulous with this property. The place is stunning and the pictures are a true reflection of the house. Location is great with a short walk to the train station. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Parking at the back of the property is brilliant. 3 good size very comfortable double en-suite bedrooms. Nice lounge with satellite tv. On ground floor a good size kitchen / diner with doors out to rear garden which would be lovely in the summer. The house is well looked after and the owner was very helpful. Stayed here with friends for a weekend and we have all said we will return as we had all we needed and the place was so nice and comfortable and met all our needs.

Great hotel. Super food. Ate in both nights as better than surrounding restaurants. Scott the manager was exceptional and very friendly and professional. His staff were attentive and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. All in all a great break and we highly recommend it.

The host was friendly and made himself available for our late arrival. We also had to leave fairly early, and he cooked us a great breakfast, as well. He even let us charge our EV, which was an amazing fringe benefit and saved us time before our flight! The eggs from the chickens on site were also a special treat!

The place is perfect to stay fora couple days. Clean and cozy. In our room we found sweets, coffee, milk, water in the fridge, everything you need to have coffee break. And the owner was so kind and so pleased to have us, it was so good to meet her.

    It was in a great location in the town centre, was a beautiful old building and the room was lovely and very clean. We also ate in the pub which was a really nice pub with a good choice of beer and the food was quite nice as well. We'd definitely stay at the White Hart Hotel again if in Braintree as it was reasonably priced for a nice room and my dog was very welcome as well.

    The location was ideal being near to major roads and including free parking. It was extremely good value for money. The Toby carvery next door was convenient for an evening meal. Based on our stay, we would definitely book another Holiday Inn Express.
