    Everything about this place is lovely. Agnes is a super host and was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean and tidy. A comfy and cosy bed. Had a great nights sleep. Such a peaceful location. Breakfast was very tasty. Would happily recommend and also stay again.

    Excellent facilities, including kitchen utensils (only missing a colander). Spacious with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower). Easy check-in (key safe). Very clean. Lots of sockets. Modern decor. Not overlooking any houses from the living room (you can see gardens and woodland beyond). Handy location for Brechin Train Station (heritage railway). Host gave plenty of information about key collection, car parking etc.

    We were visiting Brechin to attend a murder mystery event at the Steam railway. The house was perfect as it was within short walking distance of this location. It was very clean and met all our needs. We had a lovely stay - thank you!
