We were due to check in around 9 pm for a wedding the next day. Unfortunately our flight was delayed by five hours which meant a 2 am arrival. I would have kept Derek in the loop about this, but it was far from ideal for our hosts considering that they would have to be awake again in the morning to cook breakfast. We were also after a two hour taxi from Stansted so were exhausted landing. Derek was so kind letting us in, and bringing us to our room, and allowing us hit the hay and not having to worry about breakfast until the morning. The place is itself is very well situated. It is absolutely spotless, I mean spotless, and the room and bed were lovely and comfortable. We had a very good sleep and had excellent bathroom facilities in the morning. We had breakfast early enough. Breakfast was very good, a very high standard, and we got to meet Derek again who is a lovely kind and sound man. Derek kindly advised us on getting a taxi home, and gave us a taxi number. We arrived in fairly late after the wedding and ate breakfast again in the morning and this time it was both Mark and Derek serving a very high standard of breakfast in their lovely home. The price we paid was very, very reasonable. It was off-season, but still it was very reasonable for the standard of accommodation and breakfast. Derek was kind again on check-out, and allowed us keep our bags in the B&B until our taxi came. The B&B was a very pleasant surprise. We tend to stay in hotels rather than B&Bs in Ireland, but this was a very high standard of B&B that we could recommend to anyone.

John and Suzanne are great hosts went out of there way to make us feel welcome, even gave us a lift to our friends fancy dress party locally. The accomadation is lovely and clean, All on ground level. Large shower, Beautiful views over fields. It's on a busy road but no disturbed night sleep as no windows onto the road. Very well equipped with tea, coffee, mugs and China cups with tea pots a nice touch, milk, biscuits, hairdryer, fresh towels and bed linen. There is a lovely pub down the road overlooking the river called the Bell Inn have to drive there.

Beautiful caravan nice welcome gifts had a lovely stay wish had been longer but was just for us to take grandsons to Yarmouth to see the fireworks . Will definitely return to have a better look round the park .only thing we could have done with was a teapot as we are tea drinkers 🤣

Very cosy and worm caravan. Helen was very helpful. We get all he instruction before we arrive. We are highly recommended. We spend only one night but we will back definitely. We enjoyed our stay from the beginning until the end. Thank you Helen :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We particularly loved the peaceful location. The Shepherd’s heart has been finished to a very high standard and was very comfortable, everything we could need was provided. Lots of amazing wildlife to see, too.

Tranquil location within a golf course - excellent location for both enjoying the amenities as well as exploring locally. The site was exceptionally well maintained, everyone was so friendly, and super quiet! The property exceeded expectations- was very homely and clean, well maintained. All the facilities you would expect and more. Even had wifi. Bedding and towels were beautifully laundered- nice and fresh! The photos of the property don’t do it justice- you won’t be disappointed.

    Beautiful location with wonderful views over the Broads and harbour. Friendly welcome and the rooms we big and spotless. The bathroom was well laid out and the shower was piping hot. Bed was huge and very very comfortable allowing a superb night's sleep. The breakfast was top notch but only order the full English if you are hungry...it was huge and delicious.
