    Period property sympathetically renovated. Ideal location minutes from centre of Cheltenham. Parking permit at minimal cost. Friendly hosts. Very clean. Quiet. Fantastic shower. Super comfy bed & lots of little extras (tissues, shower gel, silent fridge with milk carton, tea, coffees etc). Have already recommended to others & would happily stay again. Thanks to all concerned 🙂 (p.s ours was room 4, rear of 1st floor)

    Very clean and cosy, excellent value for money. Location was very ideal in the city centre and away from noisy highstreets. We booked it for 2000 Trees festival and found it perfectly convinient. Full kitchen utilities (fridge, oven, stove, pots, pans, glasses, kettle etc) made it very easy to make our own food during our stay.

    Liked the modern/new look. Rooms were nice and spacious with everything you could need in there. Very clean. Excellent location with free parking round the corner. It’s the ideal place to stay when visiting the center of Cheltenham. We will be back.

    The house was fabulous, very clean. Harriet is so sweet, helped with local knowledge, etc. we had 1 little problem with the house. It was dealt with promptly and professionally. House location is just amazing. We enjoyed it so much we are going back in September.
