Jo and Justin were great and the three dogs were very friendly once they stoped barking at you 😃 We had an issue with the hot water but it was fixed the same day and I’m told cold showers are good for you anyway! 😂 Nice little walk to the Plough pub for food which was okay and has really nice staff.Guest review byRichardYoung couple

The addition of a lit Christmas tree on arrival made me feel welcomed. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were on hand over Christmas if needed. Ideally placed to explore the Sussex coast around Hastings and St. Leonards. There really is a nice lake view from the window and the off the beaten track location makes for a relaxing and quiet stay. Beautifully clean and very nicely finished and furnished throughout. We loved the fire pit and the basket of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, marshmellows and crackers was very welcoming. We really loved it and hope to be staying again.Guest review byColinSolo traveller
