The landlord was very helpfull with good advice for restauant, how to travel to Edinburgh, and was an amazing breakfast-Chef, respecting my no lactose/no carb diet. 😊🌻 Fine family, good dogs, good room and bathroom, car parking in the street, very quiet situation, 3 busses and train to Edinburgh... great!!

The cottage was beautiful and clean. Near the train station and very easy to get in to Edinburgh. A big Tesco store within walking distance. Everything was very simple regarding check in and out. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend. Kate

We‘ve never stayed in a better hotel. We loved it from the beginning: The really nice and helpful staff, the lovely room with all you need, the bar and the food (breakfast and dinner are delicious!) and also the nice neighborhood with all its cute little shops and cafés. Best was of course the hotel dog Angus, whom I really took into my heart. We enjoyed our time so much and will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful, clean and made us feel very comfortable! It has everything that you need: microwave, fridge, toaster… The responsable for the house also thought about every single detail: towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel and he was very attentive with us! We felt like it was our own home.
