We very much enjoyed the warm hospitality of the Cross Keys Inn. The Inn is full of character, well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is situated in the beautiful Scottish Borders and made a quiet and peaceful end to our holiday. Highly recommended!

PERFECT is the only term that can qualify this outstanding establishment : impoising and manor like exteriorly, but happily surrounded by beautiful ground and flowers. Warm welcome on arrival, fantastic, spacious room where no comfort or detail is missing, very good bed AND armchairs, very quiet. Spacious and pleasant bar and restaurant, and the best food we’ve had among the 10 hotels we’ve stayed at during our trip. It is truly wonderful to end our journey on such a wonderful note. Very clean & comfortable flat with a great view across Hawick, also the kitchen was very well equipped with a lovely extra touch of a basket of goodies to help yourself. Parking just outside on street. Would highly recommend if in or around this pretty borders area.

The location is great and the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. The food was far above my expectations. The dinner was very tasty and elegantly presented and the breakfast was out of this world. They often multiple choices to please everyone. I had the smoked poached halibut with poached eggs. It was spectacular. Thank you to the staff for such great service and kindness

Easy parking outside The property is the best presented on the street, easy to access as ground floor . Clear that the owners have spent a good bit of money to make it modern and comfortable Bread, milk, coffee, eggs, sugar all provided for free. Has a fancy nescafe coffee maker too so I made a couple lattes. Super quiet and peaceful. Tv and WiFi all good
