    The location was excellent for travelling to and from Goodwood FOS event. The location was very close to the beach so you could have a walk around. Plenty of local amenities for shopping etc. The room was very clean with all the crockery & cutlery you would need for a short stay. The host provided bread and milk on arrival and left jams and cereals too. The bottle of fizz was a very nice touch. Access to the property was easy and there were clear instructions on rules and helpful hints waiting for us.

    The Studio is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is very cozy and relaxing. Sam and Pete were very welcoming and friendly. The kitchenette was well stocked with a variety of breakfast items and the local shop is close by for any other needs. The Studio was very clean, comfortable and affordable and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

    Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need. Very clean, comfy bed, dishwasher/washing machine. Fantastic location, easy to park, Gluten Free bread & muffins left for my daughter. Lovely hosts, good communication will definitely be back.

    An absolutely superb place to stay in an ideal location. We were made very welcome and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The annex was very homely and clean. The addition of a cream tea being provided on arrival was a much appreciated and kind gesture.

    The location was great and you could walk to shops or beach. There was milk,bread,cereal and tea,coffee. This was a great extra. The studio was very clean,it is small but big enough for a break.
