A pleasure from start to finish. Great communication, I was collected at the airport at 1am with no problems. Check in was quick and efficient, the room was very clean and cosy. Comfortable bed, lovely continental breakfast selection.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.

    The property is in a fabulous location, we really can’t complain about that. You can also book parking there which is ideal! We didn’t know about this when booking a room, but we would book the parking there next time (shuttle service runs all night too)! Also the staff we spoke to were so so friendly, really nice people.

    Ideal location for Bristol airport. Food was amazing. Best fish and chips I have ever eaten. My daughter had scampi and gave it 10/10. Would travel 45 from home just for dinner there. Excellent value for money. Room was very clean and the breakfast snacks in our room were outstanding.
