    Great location, all staff super helpful and friendly. Apartment spacious , clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The kitchenette was fantastic - had fresh milk, water and ice in fridge plus coffee pods, tea bags and biscuits etc Breakfast in the courtyard the next day was top notch.

    The apartment was very comfortable, super clean & very well presented & kitchen facilities well equipped. The hosts & staff were very pleasant, courteous & responsive to our requests. We had breakfast & dinner there, both were very nice. Would definitely recommend staying there, as it is in nice location, close to Hampton Station (10 min walk) & near to Hampton Court Palace (15 min walk).

    wonderfull location right by the river. Loved having ducks/geese swim past or pop onto the patio. Loved the peace and quiet whilst still having still having so many things close e.g. Hampton Court palace, pubs, restaurants, shops etc. Easy parking ( and free ) for the accommodation. Loved being bale to use the boat supplied to take a river cruise. House was clean, bright and cheery with plenty of amenities.
