Everything .. comfort, cleanliness, food, friendliness. Enjoyed everything about our stay from the minute we walked through the door. William is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease straight away. The breakfasts were really tasty, and the porridge was the best I've ever tasted, so creamy, buy very filling! The house is beautiful and is a credit to you both, we hope to come back one day soon. Would highly recommend Allerton House.

Impeccably presented, very comfortable sofas and bed, and lovely artwork on the walls. Kitchen had everything one needed. And the location is wonderful - sun rising over Jedburgh abbey and, at th end of the day, the setting sun on the rose window - wow! Parking on the doorstep. Hosts have put a great deal of love and thought into the property.

Our group of 5 adults had the pleasure of staying one night in this charming caravan and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was—the entire space felt fresh and well-maintained. It was the perfect setup for our short getaway, offering just the right amount of comfort without feeling cramped. What really made the experience stand out were the thoughtful touches we didn't anticipate. The hosts had stocked the kitchen with fresh milk, bread, and even a coffee machine ready to go, which was a lifesaver for our early morning start. We also found tea bags, sugar, and some basic condiments, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast without needing to run to the store. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was equally pristine, with plenty of hot water. Overall, this caravan provided fantastic value for our stay. It's ideal for groups looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. We'd definitely book again—highly recommended! 5/5 stars.

Broomfield Country House is situated in a beautuful location. The owners are warm and friendly and ensure that you have a perfect stay. Their house is spotlessly clean. The garden bedroom is peaceful and secluded. On arrival, tea and shortbread served in the lovely garden was a welcome treat. The breakfast was amazing with an excellent selection of delicious food served in a cosy dining room complete with log fire. We would highly recommend this property.

    An absolutely stunning caravan. Had everything in it we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. It’s a huge caravan with separate bathroom with toilet and bath, and another bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms were doubles. Huge living room, dinning and kitchen area. Nice quiet area of the park too that overlooks the golf course.

    The caravan was more spacious than I expected, with two double rooms each with an ensuite. Very well equipped, comfortable, very clean, toasty warm and on a very quiet part of the site. It has a clear view towards the golf course and we did not feel there was any lack of privacy. There was ample parking for two cars on hard standing. The onsite restaurant was unexpectedly good with good quality food and for mid week in mid February was quite busy.

    The person letting the caravan was friendly and helpful. Any issues were dealt with quickly and thoroughly - would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend it to anyone else.
