This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Was easy to get to via free train and very well marked. T4 then follow crowne plaza signs. From the price was expecting very little. From the minute I walked in was greeted and instructed where to go. The place was amazing. The friendly staff checked me in and answered all my questions. When I got to the room couldn’t believe it. Big, with 2 beds. Sitting area, big desk, walk in rain shower with wand, 2 closets, little kitchen desk with fridge. I ordered room service and got a huge meal with a big fruit cup for breakfast for 22 pounds. Very comfortable bed with nice duvet. I checked out by phone. When I went to leave to take shuttle to airport again very friendly and asked if everything was OK and if I needed help. I don’t remember the names when checked in but Susan was at the desk and helpful. Sarjit also asked if I needed anything and helped me with where/how to get the shuttle. Then came out and visited for awhile, it was all so appreciated!!!!! I live in USA but if ever back that way will definitely stay there! All for 118 plus tax!!

My family and I had a delightful stay at Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. The exceptional service started at the reception, where Mark went above and beyond to assist us. He kindly upgraded us to a better room that perfectly accommodated our family. Additionally, he arranged transportation to the airport next day, which made our departure hassle-free. The overall experience was lovely, and the hotel's proximity to Terminal 2 made it incredibly convenient for our transit. I highly recommend Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel for a pleasant and stress-free stay near the airport

Great location for me. Secure parking underground. I had already booked the Maple shuttle bus/carpark which was only 2mins away from the hotel for my arrival at terminal 5. Clean comfortable, quiet, great breakfast and very convenient for my last minute booking after my flight delay.

    Good location. Comfortable room, very clean. Very quiet. Everything worked but I couldn’t get on line. Didn’t matter as it was a 12hour overnight stay. Breakfast good. Wine expensive. Bus to T5 very good: quick and cheap. Pod transport from T5 free but £7 to get back - bad.

    Very close to the airport, and bus was £2 from the bus stop across the road to terminals 2&3. Honestly could have walked it if I’d planned ahead. Location was ideal for a flight the next day. It’s not luxury by any means but it’s cheap and close to the airport which makes it ideal. Reception is also open 24 hours, and I checked in later in the evening around 10pm with no dramas.
