The location was excellent and the house is beautiful. Everything you need is provided and the decorations are lovely. The beds are so comfortable and the location quiet. The views are beautiful from all windows and there is a large garden. Being from Australia, the street access feels narrow but actually there is ample space and easy to park. The host provided lots of information and was easily contactable if required. The print outs of walks in the area was a bonus. We enjoyed the easy walk around Digley reservoir. The food store just round the corner was an added bonus - the pork pies are excellent. Will definitely return if I’m visiting that part of the world again - it was a wonderful stay.

    The location was ideal for visiting friends in Holmfirth and the views are stunning. The shower dripped Room very clean and with comfortable beds. We only had the buffet breakfast and it was excellent value. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

    This is a lovely little cottage, very well equiped and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, in fact eveything looks new including lovely thick carpets. Mandy was very helpful and instructions on how to get in, where to park etc. were very clear. The location is ideal for visiting Holmfirth being only a few minutes (steep!) walk from the centre.

    Location was right in the centre of Meltham. Parking was available as I have mobility difficulties. The self catering accommodation had a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge , toaster and kettle - ideal for a short stay. The accessible bathroom was well equipped with safety rails and accessible shower. All very clean and tidy. Well thought out. The bed was comfortable and a TV was provided. Overall an enjoyable stay.

    A lovely little house, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The location is ideal for visiting Holmfirth - a few minutes walk from the town centre. Easy parking. The host communications were comprehensive and friendly.
