Gorgeous place, excellent hosts (definitely went above and beyond to get me prepared for my trip to Europe), super clean, bed was super comfortable. Very, very happy traveller - 15 minute walk to the airport for a very early flight.

We loved our stay at the Jug and Bottle. All of the staff were incredibly nice and polite, from the younger waitresses through to the owners and housekeepers. The location was quiet and breakfast was amazing. We got back one night and the pub was in full swing which was a little noisy in the room but 11pm came and it was silent. Loved it.

The property was spotlessly clean , had absolutely everything I needed - and more !! Nicky was very welcoming 😃 and the fact it has Air Con - On the hottest weekend of the year - well , that was just the icing in the cake !! I slept soundly , which I often don't when I'm not at home. So all in all , I can't wait to go back !! 😀

To say this accommodation is spectacular is an understatement! I really don't know how it wasnt booked because we booked it last minute. There was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. The 2 girls had an absolute ball pretending they were princesses in their very own castle. Everything from the location to all the little extras that the owners added was absolutely fabulous. There was milk, sugar tea and coffee. Amazing when you check in at 11pm and realise you've no coffee for the morning and its there for you. The biscuits and wine. I mean the owners really go out of their way to make your stay amazing! If I could give this place more then 10 I would. The shower is amazing, the beds are comfy, the little surprise that the kids and adults were absolutely blown away by! Best place weve ever stayed and we will definitely be back! If you're lucky enough to be able to book this place dont hesitate! You won't regret it. We didn't want to leave. We would have happily moved in! Thanks so much to the owners. From the Irish family that stayed last week!

    Good location. Fan was provided for the family room. Food and venue both looked really good but we were off out to catch up with family so did not use the garden or sample food. Lots of tea and coffee in room and very clean.

    A lovely hotel in quiet, lovely surroundings. Easy to find. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, it was more than adequate and very clean. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Toiletries also provided.. bonus! All we needed for a 1 night stay. on site restaurant had fabulous food. We didn't have breakfast, but if our evening meal was anything to go off, sure the breakfast was lovely.

    The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed happy hour in the very nice beer garden and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for travel to the city or in our case the Open golf.
