    What a stunning idealic location, I was very lucky to have glorious weather! Greeted by very friendly staff, I was made to feel very welcome in fact I felt spoilt! The food was proper homemade food!! I think the best Steak Pie I've ever had. My room was very cute and comfortable, as a lone female I felt very safe. They changed the breakfast times to adapt my needs! I even came back for lunch with a friend!

    I liked everything about it, from location to friendliness of staff. Also we met a few locals in the pub and they were exceptionally friendly. The room was well decorated and more importantly, spotless. Bed was comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee and hot chocolate available. All in all, excellent. If I go back to the area again, I will definitely be booking a room there.

    Great traditional pub in a rural location in a pretty village. Room was big, with a comfy bed, nice bathroom and was really warm It was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful We only booked for one night but my significant other half said she wanted to stay another night - it was that nice ! I booked us in the restaurant for our evening meal and the food was excellent, everything tasted so good and was near to perfect as you could get, it really was that good !
