The Annexe is a beautifully decorated and very comfortable apartment. It has everything you could wish for! A super comfortable bed, great shower and is incredibly clean. The decor is very stylish and the lighting , heating and electric blinds all make it a calm and peaceful space. Alison the host is very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful property. Really well decorated and very clean. Had all the basics that I needed. Host was contactable easily. Very good value for money. Perfect location, walking distance to Mcdonald's and only a 10 minute drive to the Co-op. I would definitely stay again when going to an event.

Great location, really quick for me to get to Co-op arena. Comfortable stay, everything was fresh and clean. Easy to access the keys and the property. Overall, would definitely recommend and I would book again in the future.

Just a 15-minute walk to the Co-op Live Arena or a quick 4-minute Uber ride, the location is spot on. Inside, the spacious living room features a huge TV with Sky, while the main bedroom also has its own TV for winding down in bed. Speaking of which—the super king-size bed is unbelievably comfy! There’s also a second double bedroom, making the home perfect for up to 4 guests. Thoughtful touches like complimentary soft drinks, water, and fruit juice in the frost-free fridge make the stay even more welcoming. We won’t think twice about booking again next time we’re in Manchester. Sluxe really lives up to its name.
